Dataro

Dataro is an SF based B2B SaaS working exclusively with non-profits. Their product sits on top of client CRMs and turns data into a real efficiency layer, improving donor retention and revenue. All that good stuff. 

We started working with Dataro to help them show up consistently in front of the key accounts in the US geo. They had built out really strong traction in their home Australian market, but were now expanding into the US. Where they are less known.

Brand is playing a long term game, as their sales cycles are longer and their ACV is higher, hitting $30-50k. These deals take time. You want to consistently show up for in your target account feeds. Be useful, share data and stay top of mind.

We did not try to re-invent the wheel. We started with what we know works. We had a CEO that had a decent LinkedIn profile, but has not been active lately. So we used top-class ghost writer to create 5 solid pieces of content for the CEO and Head of Growth, let it run organically and then promoted it. Addressing specific non-profit org pain points and fundraising challenges.

The new content was getting really strong organic traction so our job was to scale it to the right accounts. We, of course complemented it with some social proof and messaging ads in the retargeting layer, but the core of the strategy is still scaled content from Founder profile.

Results?

In the last 90D, we’ve generated solid return on investment with $409k of influenced pipeline and 139k in influenced closed deals. ROAS of 8.78.
